We have set guidelines which our quality assurance team generate and mandate to follow at all levels of the work process that enables the team to use as a platform and to consistently follow to maintain quality work.

Some of the elements that have helped in maintaining the quality standards are:

Pilot Run: We develop a pilot run of all projects in the beginning stage to get to know the complexity and hence set guidelines for the team to follow in the course of its implementation.
Testing: We have developed advanced testing tools which are implemented at all stages before the project is made live. The test plan is refined and enhanced as the project leads to the more mature stage and validated with the client for feedback and improvements.
Expected Deliverable Plan: This is a unique quality assurance plan that we have developed wherein we develop a detailed acceptance plan that describes the minimum quality standards that are expected and have to be achieved before the projects goes any further.

The team with the project manager is held responsible for the quality assurance which is regularly overlooked by our in-house quality engineers to ensure that the project is completed with desired quality by the delivery date committed to the client.
