Product Development Lifecycle

Product Development Lifecycle is divided into below steps:

Product Development Identification

At this stage we brainstorm, innovate, conceptualize and give a definite shape to the client’s idea of the product that needs to be developed. We develop a prototype that gives a brief to what is desired and how the final output will be like.

Product Design and Development
This is the stage where we start working on the identified platform for the product development process. We offer different methodologies such as Waterfall, Interactive, Spiral and Software Development Life Cycle as per the needs of the product to be developed and the one that is most rational in cost to the product. Through our experience we have developed our unique Software Development Methodology which has inputs from various methods but is customized to suite our customer’s needs.
Quality Assurance and Testing
The developed product is tested by our quality assurance team on various parameters and the results are measured to gauge the robustness of the product. This helps the client to save time and the cost involved in debugging and testing the product for usability at their onsite facility.
Product Installation
Once the product is tested for its usability and is passed by our quality assurance team the same is then delivered to the client. We also provide product installation services to our client wherein our team installs the software on our client’s on site platform. We also provide a technical document to the client as a part of our installation service which includes a manual for both the user and the administration.
Product Maintenance and Enhancement
We provide product maintenance and continuing support services which are essential for smooth operations in the product life cycle. This service also helps our clients to get the latest enhancements in the product in relation to the technology and usability applications.
